To address the complex and overlapping needs of our clients, SFTS employs a holistic “one-stop shop” model of service provision, offering a comprehensive array of in-house, out-patient and even on-site social therapeutic services to hundreds of people each year via our primary locations: our consultation and assessment center in Quezon City and our residencial facility (a.k.a. “the CCR”) in Antipolo City.
We offer a dynamic continuum of Christ-centered, evidence-based services where students can move up or down in terms of program intensity during the SFTS course.
Mental Health and Addictions Rehabilitation Outdoor Workshop
Family Intervention is a carefully planned process by which loved ones and friends may confront a person about their mental health or addiction concerns.
It involves meeting at a pre-arranged date and time and most often is done without letting the afflicted person know until the moment it begins. Friends and family are then encouraged to express their feelings and concerns towards the person’s condition in a positive and structured manner.
The most successful forms of intervention usually involve a large amount of forethought and careful planning towards structure, what people plan to say, and the next steps following the intervention.
This is a three (3) session module designed to achieve the above goals.
Detoxification helps people safely withdraw from their drugs or alcohol until it is no longer present in their system. It is often the first step in treating individuals recovering from moderate to severe forms of addiction.
In some cases, detoxing from certain drugs requires medication-assisted therapy to help ease the severity of withdrawal symptoms. Medications prescribed during detox are often tapered down until the patient is no longer physically dependent on addictive substances.
Our clinically-managed detox program is a fifteen (15) day confined program designed to prepare a person to enter treatment or get back into their recovery program
A mild substance abuse problem caught in the early phases can often be successfully treated in an outpatient program.
We will establish a treatment plan with defined, measurable milestones in place to indicate progress. As these milestones are met, the time commitment required for the program decreases. This a good option for those serious about abstaining from drugs and alcohol, but still need to be able to work and perform daily responsibilities.
This may require multiple sessions for a few hours each week to conduct coaching, counselling, group therapy, relapse prevention, and attendance in a 12-Step or similar recovery support group.
This is a Six (6) session module designed to achieve the above goals.
Individuals with a strong will to succeed in recovery and who have a committed, disciplined approach may benefit from our intensive half way house (HWH) program.
During HWH, clients will undergo a fifteen (15) day detox program during which an extensive Psychological evaluation will be conducted. This will produce a tailored treatment plan. Afterwards, the client will be interned in an open-door half way home to undergo an intensive outpatient program.
The client will commit to attend sessions daily, yet can still go to work and attend to his daily responsibilities outside. During the sessions, patients will participate in coaching, group counseling, adjunct therapies, relapse prevention, and attendance in a 12-Step or similar recovery support group. Clients are required to live in the half way home for the next thirty days to conclude the program.
This is a Forty Five (45) days program designed to achieve the above goals.
A short-term residential stay can provide a depth of rehabilitation toward lasting recovery that outpatient most often cannot. This makes short-term residential treatment an attractive option to at least begin down the road of recovery with great focus.
Our short-term rehab program requires only a ninety (90) days internment in our facility for treatment. This will include a detox process and a tailored treatment plan for the client. After 90 days, the client is moved into an outpatient therapy program.
Typically, short-term rehab programs are followed by extended outpatient care. This is because recovery takes time, and even several weeks of treatment is not sufficient for overcoming addiction.
This is a Ninety (90) days residential program designed to achieve the above goals.
Long-term residential addiction recovery treatment is recommended for people who are exhibiting recovery challenges as part of a more standard outpatient or shorter-term inpatient residential rehab program, or people who experience multiple relapses and other difficulties following the completion of one of these treatment programs.
Our full residential rehab program involves fifteen (15) days of closely monitored detox, followed by 180 days of intensive substance abuse therapy and aftercare planning.
This type of program works well for individuals with long-standing or severe addictions, as well as dually diagnosed patients, or those individuals who struggle with both a substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorder.
Residential treatment centers can also provide assistance for adolescents addicted to drugs, alcohol or process addictions.
This is a One Hundred Eighty (180) days residential program designed to achieve the above goals.
